CUSTOM MADE INFORMATION

WHAT ARE YOUR SOCKS MADE OF?
We make our socks out of Combed Cotton or Bamboo, both natural fibres which are comfortable, soft and breathable. We then add Nylon for durability, to ensure your socks stand the test of time and are a brand reminder for many years to come. We also add Elastane for stretch, so your socks can fit a range of sizes making them practical.

Combed cotton
We use Combed Cotton because it is softer and stronger than standard cotton. By using combed cotton we get a smoother and more comfortable sock that won’t pill and will last. The minimum for our combed cotton socks is 100 pairs.

Bamboo
Bamboo socks are extra soft, smooth and comfortable! Bamboo yarn is great for its moisture-wicking abilities. Because it is a hollow fibre so it can absorb three times its weight in water so it pulls the moisture (sweat) away from the skin. Bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and odour resistant. Its breathable properties and luxurious feel make it a sock that is extremely comfortable to wear.  The minimum for our combed cotton socks is 500 pairs.

Organic & Recycled options
Our organic yarn is GOTS certified Organic yarns and our Recycled nylon is GCL Certified.

Note these are more expensive that non-organic and recycled, and the minimum for these yarns is 500 pairs.

DO YOU CHARGE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF COLOURS IN THE SOCKS?
No, we don’t charge based on the number of colours but we are limited to 6 colours for dress socks and 5 colours for sports socks.

HOW ARE THE SOCKS PACKAGED?
Our free of charge option is our ‘'Socks With Swag’' tag. Or for an extra charge you can have your own custom packaging. A header card is our most popular option but we can also do belly bands or swing tags.

ARE THERE DESIGN LIMITATIONS FOR KNITTED DESIGNS?
Knitted designs can't be super intricate or detailed because we are limited by the number of stitches in the sock. Also, too much patterning creates a lot of floats (loose threads) inside the sock which you may not like, and also reduces the sock stretch. Designs can use 6 colours total, including the base colour.

ORDERING INFORMATION

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
The minimum is 100 pairs for our cotton socks and 500 pairs for our Bamboo, Organic and Recycled nylon socks.

There is also a minimum of 100 pairs per size.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are 5-7 days for sampling and 25 days for bulk production. Although this may vary slightly for larger quantities or specialised socks.

The freight times are dependent on your location. We have indicative freight times in Shipping Information.

HOW DO I CREATE THE DESIGN?
That’s up to you! We are happy to help do mock-ups if you provide your graphics and logo, as well as a brief of what you are thinking including colours.

Alternatively you can provide a mock-up and we will confirm if the design is achievable via knitting.

We don’t require printable artwork as this is a knitted product, and the factory will recreate sock-machine specific artwork. This means the designs will be close but not exact replications like printed products.

DO YOU DO SAMPLES?
Yes we do a pre-production sample for approval. We send a photo for approval. If you require a physical sample to approve, depending on order quantity, there may be a postage fee.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally. When you request a quote, send us your postcode and we will confirm price and timing to your location.
